1 Account Opening Eligibility

7 Welcome Bonus Terms

bde88 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to activate this bonus:

• A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000. The bonus ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.
• Each account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If an attempt is made to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.

8 General Bonus Policy

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time at bde88's discretion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses fraudulently, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

9 VIP & Loyalty Program

The bde88 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Gold. You can move up to higher tiers by staying consistently active. VIP benefits are subject to change at bde88's discretion.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bde88:

• Fraud, deception, or using another person's identity.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Exploiting any technical errors on the platform.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Collusive or match-fixing betting arrangements with other users.
• Deliberately exploiting any system vulnerability or bug.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the related balance may be forfeited.

11 Intellectual Property

bde88's logo, brand name, game content, software, and all digital assets are protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any content.

12 Service Changes & Interruptions

13 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• A bet cannot be changed once it has been finalised.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the funds for the related bet will be returned.
• Live betting odds can change quickly — a bet is not finalised until the odds are confirmed.
• bde88 reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.

14 Result Determination

Bet outcomes will be determined based on official sports authority announcements. In the event of any dispute, bde88's decision is final. The rules of the relevant tournament or league (such as BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, FIFA) will apply.
